Russia:
The Progress out of Poverty Index™ (PPI™) for Russia is an easy-to-use, objective client poverty assessment tool. It estimates the likelihood that a participant has income below the National Poverty Line, USAID Extreme Poverty Line, and USD6.25/day 2005 PPP. Indicators in the PPI are based on Russia's 2007 Household Budget Survey (HBS). The latest version of the PPI for Russia was created in February 2010.
Romania:
The Progress out of Poverty Index™ (PPI™) for Romania is an easy-to-use, objective client poverty assessment tool. It estimates the likelihood that a participant has income below the National Poverty Line, 150% of the National Poverty Line, 200% of the National Poverty Line, USAID Extreme Poverty Line, USD2.50/day 2005 PPP, USD3.75/day 2005 PPP, USD5.00/day 2005 PPP and Laeken Poverty Line.Indicators in the PPI are based on the 2007 Household Budget Survey (HBS).The latest version of the PPI for Romania was created in September 2009.
